At Who Is Your Neighbour?, we are committed to creating welcoming, inclusive, and meaningful spaces for connection and learning. - Full payment is required upon registration unless otherwise stated
- We aim to keep our events accessible, and concessionary rates or bursaries may be available. Please check individual event listings for details.

- We kindly ask that you arrive on time so that everyone can benefit fully from the experience
- For some events, late arrivals may not be admitted
- Where relevant, any preparation or participation guidance will be shared with you in advance.
4. Respect and Shared Values

- Abusive or threatening language
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour
- Discrimination or harassment based on sex, race, gender, sexuality, religion, ability, or any other protected characteristic.
If such behaviour occurs, we may ask you to leave the event, take necessary steps to protect our team and attendees, and may restrict access to future Who Is Your Neighbour? activities.
5. Admission and Right of Refusal
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment where focus on training can be maintained, Who Is Your Neighbour? reserves the right to refuse admission or ask someone to leave an event if necessary. This may happen if:
- Someone’s behaviour negatively impacts others’ safety or experience
- Our shared values and code of conduct are not upheld
- A participant is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Or in any situation where attendance is not aligned with the purpose of the event.
We will always aim to approach such situations with care and fairness.
6. Accessibility..
We are committed to making our events as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you have specific access needs, please get in touch in advance and we will do our best to support you.
7. Photography & film
Some events may be photographed to help us share and grow our work. We will let you know in advance, and you can always opt out by speaking to a member of our team.
For the safety of all involved, we do not allow participants to take photos, make recordings or transmit content during the day, nor remove materials from the training session.
8. Data Protection
We respect your privacy and will only use your information to manage your booking and share relevant updates. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
We take care to create safe environments, but participation in our events is at your own risk. Who Is Your Neighbour? cannot accept liability for personal loss, injury, or damage, except where caused by proven negligence.
