Not totally related to our work as such, but relevant all the same. I just wanted to thank Mariam for hosting myself, Anna and Janette on Friday for lunch at Café Noor in Rotherham and give a shout out to her fab little café.
She makes a wonderful brew and her Chicken Biryani with ‘secret recipe’ chutney was absolutely delicious. We won’t reveal her secret ingredient, as you need to go and visit to find our yourself! (you will absolutely NEVER guess what it is!)
We were really lucky to go on biryani day (as she doesn’t make it all the time) and spent 2 hours chatting all things WiYN and seeing some of the bustle of Wellgate and the characters that come through her door. (We also got to pick up our WiYN lanyards!)
It is certainly worth a visit if you are in Rotherham and we will certainly be back to try more food!
