John was involved in setting up WiYN? and is Director of Hear Me Out, a charity that brings music-making to people detained by the UK's immigration system. Mariam is committed to her family and community in Rotherham, and is kept busy running a local cafe. Mike is a founder member of WiYN?, with a background in organisational psychology and focussed on supporting social cohesion and community development.
Phil is Director of The Faith & Belief Forum, experienced in international peacebuilding in many contexts affected by violent conflict. Teresa has experience in the voluntary, community and faith sectors across South Yorkshire and is a former Who is Your Neighbour? Development Worker. Bill is a consultant supporting community organisations and passionate about improving the lives of socially excluded and vulnerable people who face the consequences of inequality and poverty. Neil is a Mission Enabler for Sheffield Methodist District with extensive experience in charity financial management - and following the fates of Reading F.C!
Director

Tariq is a Londoner. About 20 years ago, he moved to Yorkshire. He is good at making a decent cup of tea and doing dialogue – conversations in which people work at listening, hearing and understanding each other. He is Director of Who is Your Neighbour?, overseeing its development and dialogue work, representing the charity regionally and nationally, and facilitates conversations.
